Installation &Setup - We will install your QuickBooks software for you and customize it to fit your business. Show you how to enter data and where to retrieve your information.

Outsourcing - This is data and/or information obtained and given to us from a person that your business employs at a cost less than today's current market rate. This service allows you to outsource the accounting function to us and transfer all the headaches of how accurate record keeping is accomplished. We can provide a daily profit and loss statement, review reports by products or customers, maintain accounts receivable, maintain accounts payables and most important know how much cash on hand is available. (All this at a cost that is less than hiring a new employee).

Workshops - We provide workshops or seminars to help train and teach your staff on several versions of QuickBooks. We specialize in what your company need is and we meet that criteria.

One on One Trainings - Our Company will provide specific trainings for new employees or bookkeepers that need additional training for the success of the business.

Cleanup - We will provide monthly or quarterly or yearly monitoring to make sure data is being entered properly.

Payroll - We are capable of providing payroll for your business as a part of our services as well.

Non-Profit Training - Specialty in non-profit training especially churches. Will come in and train your entire financial department.

Support - We have three different support services. A bronze package (4 hours), silver package (8 hours) and a gold package (12 hours). This service is available to you when we provide any one of the services that are listed above.
