Why outsource your Bookkeeping to Accounting On Me?
First, let's talk money. When we are brought in to outsource a small businesses bookkeeping, we typically cut the costs of those functions by between $10,000 and $20,000. Second, let's discuss speed of results. In most situations, we can have REAL numbers (that means numbers you can stake your business on) for you by "Close of Business" everyday. We are easy to work with. You don't have to hire and manage the accounting person/people in your business anymore; and last but certainly not least, you have 100% control of your money; only you can write checks.
How do we do it?
First we have one of our bookkeepers review the "current state" of your books. Second, based on this review, we set up a way of working together which both gets you the results you need and allows us to make sure we can get you timely accurate information (this can include doing initial work to get your books where they need to be, setting up an accounting system, routines of faxing and/or scanning documents in to our office, and our use of remote access software to work on your systems as if we were in your offices, and many other tested methods). We then have our data entry clerks perform the system entries, and use online banking as needed to speed bank transactions.
